The problem with normal Gamefi's token economy
While employing gamification techniques to build the BattleFi platform, the BattleFi team came to the conclusion that a limitless supply of incentive tokens is one of the key reasons of token economy inflation. This inflation will dramatically reduce the lifespan of a blockchain-based product and erode the users' trust.
BattleFi's Token system
In order to establish the economy system, we have therefore developed a new technique utilizing two distinct types of tokens (as below), each with a fixed supply of reward token. All the transactions within the BattleFi platform will have a major percentage of transaction fee to circulate back to the BattleFi treasury pools, forming endless circulations of reward token. Thanks to this tokenomic design, BattleFi is expected to have a sustainable economy and totally inflation-free and never requires token burning.
